Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your delivery in real-time through our website or the courier's tracking portal.
Our driver will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left with instructions for collection at our nearest depot. Gas products cannot be left unattended for safety reasons.
Yes. We cannot deliver gas canisters to P.O. boxes, university residences, or certain high-rise buildings without proper ventilation. Maximum of 6 canisters per residential delivery.
We deliver to most rural areas, but delivery times may be longer and additional fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.
