Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Africa and Zimbabwe. Major metros typically receive orders within 1-3 business days, while other areas take 2-5 business days.

Delivery times:
  • • Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban: 1-3 days
  • • Harare, Bulawayo: 2-4 days
  • • Other areas: 2-5 days
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on box size (Small, Medium, or Large) plus a R25 service fee. The box size is determined by your largest item.

Shipping rates for South Africa:
  • • Small Box: R65
  • • Medium Box: R95
  • • Large Box: R145
  • • Service Fee: R25 (added to all orders)

Zimbabwe rates vary based on destination
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your payment is confirmed and order dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email and SMS. You can also contact us directly with your order reference for updates.

Products

Are all stoves compatible with all canisters?
Most of our stoves use EN417 threaded canisters. Check the product specifications for specific compatibility information. Our Compact Single Burner and Mini Pocket Stove use 220g canisters, while our Dual Burner Pro requires 450g canisters.

How long does a canister last?
A 220g canister typically lasts 2-3 hours, while a 450g canister lasts 4-6 hours, depending on the stove and heat setting. Higher heat settings will use gas faster.

Estimated burn times:
  • • 220g canister: 2-3 hours at medium heat
  • • 450g canister: 4-6 hours at medium heat
  • • Winter blend: Slightly shorter due to higher propane content
  • • High altitude: May affect performance
Are your products safe?
Yes, all our products meet strict safety standards. Always follow the safety instructions provided with each product. We recommend:

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EcoCash direct payments and bank deposits. We do not process card payments online for security and simplicity reasons.

Accepted payment methods:
  • • EcoCash (mobile money) - Zimbabwe preferred
  • • Bank deposit/EFT - South Africa & Zimbabwe
  • • FNB deposits for South African customers
How do I pay for my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a unique reference number. Use this reference when making payment via EcoCash or bank deposit.

Payment steps:
  1. Place your order on our website
  2. Receive your unique order reference
  3. Make payment via EcoCash or bank deposit using the reference
  4. We confirm payment and dispatch your order
  5. Receive tracking information
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed once we confirm receipt of payment, usually within 1-2 business hours during working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Processing timeline:
  • • Weekdays (8am-5pm): 1-2 hours
  • • Evenings & weekends: Next business day
  • • Public holidays: Following business day

Returns

What is your returns policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Gas canisters cannot be returned once sold for safety reasons.

Return conditions:
  • • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • • Original packaging must be intact
  • • Proof of purchase required
  • • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • • Gas canisters are non-returnable for safety
What if my product is faulty?
Contact us immediately. Faulty products are replaced or refunded according to our warranty terms. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Warranty coverage:
  • • Stoves: 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects
  • • Emergency Kit: 5-year warranty
  • • Gas canisters: 5-year shelf life warranty
  • • Professional stoves: Extended warranties available
