Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We currently accept the following payment methods:
Accepted Payment Methods
- EcoCash direct payments (Zimbabwe customers)
- Bank deposits/EFT (South Africa & Zimbabwe)
- FNB deposits for South African customers
We do not process card payments online for security and simplicity. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order placement. If payment is not received within this time, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa to major cities and most towns. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order volume.
EasyCook is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery charges are calculated based on box size and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over R1000 to major urban areas. Remote areas may incur additional delivery charges.
Important Delivery Notes
- Gas canisters cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes
- Recipient must be 18+ years old and present valid ID
- Maximum 6 gas canisters per residential delivery
- Delivery hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your EasyCook purchase. Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Important: Gas canisters cannot be returned once sold for safety reasons. Please ensure you order the correct size and type before completing your purchase.
For defective products, please contact our customer service team immediately. Faulty products are covered under our warranty and will be replaced or refunded according to our warranty terms.
Warranty
All EasyCook stoves carry a warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Warranty Coverage
- Stoves: 12-month warranty from date of purchase
- Emergency Kit: 5-year warranty
- Gas canisters: 5-year shelf life warranty
- Professional stoves: Extended warranties available
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require inspection of the product.
Warranty service is provided through repair or replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty service are covered by EasyCook for products under warranty.
Safety Disclaimer
Portable gas stoves must be used with care and in accordance with all safety instructions provided with the product.
Critical Safety Requirements
- Use in well-ventilated areas only
- Keep away from flammable materials and surfaces
- Never leave a lit stove unattended
- Check gas connections before each use
- Allow stove to cool completely before storing
- Store gas canisters in cool, dry places away from heat sources
Important: Users are responsible for following all safety instructions. EasyCook is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Gas stoves are intended for outdoor use or in well-ventilated indoor areas. Never use gas stoves in enclosed spaces without proper ventilation. Always read and understand the safety instructions before using any EasyCook product.
Liability
EasyCook's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.
Liability Limitations
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products
- We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers
- We are not liable for misuse or failure to follow safety instructions
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control
EasyCook makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions. Products are sold "as is" and all risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.
